Steel Detailers: Edmonton (Plant 1)

Candidates should have at least 2 years experience as a structural steel detailer in both the commercial and industrial sectors and experience in both imperial and metric units would be preferred. A thorough comprehension of structural and architectural contract documents is required. Experience with computer aided detailing software is required (StruCad or Xsteel preferred) along with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).

We are looking for a dedicated team player with strong communication skills who takes pride in their work and has the ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines. The individual must be able to perform their duties quickly and accurately while working independently. Opportunities for further technical skills development will be offered to the successful candidates.

Steel Detailers: Canron, Delta BC (Plant 6)

We are looking to fill positions for several structural steel detailers with good communication skills and proficiency at operating Autocad and Xsteel detailing software.

Candidates should have at least five years experience as a structural steel detailer in both the commercial and industrial sectors and expereince in both imperial and metric units would be preferred. A thorough comprehension of structural and architectural contract documents is required and checking experience would be an asset.

The individual must be able to perform their duties quickly and accurately while working independently. This position is for a team player who takes pride in their work and has the ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines.

Relocation expenses may be subsidized.
