The Supreme Group is one of the few fabricator entities that maintains a large, fully computerized detailing workforce. Approximately 50 experienced detailers spread throughout our facilities across Western Canada and the Philippines provide shop and erection drawings for our plants and erection crews. With full-time computer programmers dedicated to productivity tools and software enhancements, our company's detailing technologies are truly unique and are certainly advanced. Based on commercial software that was originally acquired, the Supreme Group's customized add-ons and integrations have evolved into a proprietary software with a suite of automated structural detailing tools that enable our detailing workforce to produce quick and accurate drawings as well as associated electronic data. Our Computer Aided Design (CAD) systems automatically generate Computer Numerical Controled (CNC) data for automated shop equipment and billing data for our proprietary, full-spectrum production control system. This provides for efficient tracking and execution of each phase of a project from estimating to billing. Continual updating and modernization with 3-D tools allows for interoperabiltiy with design teams so that data is shared, not recreated, hence advocating a truer Building Information Modeling environment on complex and fast-tracked projects.
