The 11 km southeastern section from Calgary Trail / Gateway Boulevard to Highway 14 began in April, 2005 and was completed in October, 2007. A total of 10 new bridges (4,000 tons) were fabricated and installed by Supreme Steel Ltd.'s Bridge Division for the southeastern leg of Edmonton's Anthony Henday Drive.
