Potash Corp.’s Cory Red Product expansion project is the largest of a series of expansion and upgrade projects that began in 2003 at the Rocanville mine site. The project consisted of an entire series of process buildings from the Head Frame through to all the Load Out buildings, connected with over 5,000 feet of Conveyor Galleries. Working beside and amid an existing operating mine site with very limited space requires tight schedule controls and coordination of the engineering, drafting, fabrication, coating, delivery, and erection of the steel.
