Visible from all quadrants of the City of Calgary this 158,000 square-metre office complex is 58 stories tall, with a unique crescent shape. The Bow is the tallest building in Calgary and the currently the tallest office tower in Canada outside of Toronto.
Supreme entered a joint venture partnership with Walters Group to complete the drafting, fabrication and erection of this monumental tower. Groundbreaking took place on June 13, 2007 and construction was completed in 2012. 45,000 Tons of steel was used in the construction of this massive structure.
The Bow Tower was the recipient of three CISC Steel Design Awards; the 2011 Alberta Steel Design Award in the Engineering Category, the 2011 Ontario Design Award for Projects Constructed Outside of Ontario and the 2012 National Steel Design Award in the Engineering Category.
“I commend, congratulate and thank the dedicated and knowledgeable Supreme Steel staff and trade workforce for their indispensable contribution to the success of the Bow project. MDA looks forward to having an opportunity to work with Supreme again in the future.” – Richard Tucker, Sr. VP
