Rob joined Supreme Steel in 2019 and serves as Vice President of Contracts. With over 27 years of experience in steel fabrication and installation, Rob brings a comprehensive understanding of project execution—from structural detailing to estimating and contract strategy.
He began his career as a structural steel detailer and steadily advanced through the front end of the steel fabrication and installation business. His path has shaped him into a process-driven leader who values hard work and integrity.
Since joining Supreme, Rob has held two senior roles. As Senior Director of Business Development & Estimating (2019–2020), he was responsible for achieving corporate sales targets and leading a team focused on business development and estimating. In 2020, he was appointed Vice President of Contracts, where he is accountable for the performance of all customer-facing business units, including sales and estimating, project management, drafting, engineering, and quality.
Rob has played a key role in the delivery of major projects such as Conuma Tumbler Ridge, Microsoft Square, Mosaic South Shaft, and Air Products Net Zero. His ability to align contract strategies with operational goals supports efficient delivery and long-term partnerships.
He believes the construction industry depends on keeping promises and finding practical solutions to the challenges that arise. Rob promotes authenticity and teamwork—earning business from the best clients by delivering results on the industry’s most exciting projects.
Outside of work, Rob enjoys sports and coaching youth athletics. His dedication to mentoring others extends beyond the job site and into the community.
