Chris joined Supreme Steel in 2018 and currently serves as Plant Manager of the Bridge Division. With a career spanning shipbuilding, pipe fabrication, project management, and bridge fabrication, Chris brings a wealth of technical expertise and leadership to his role.
He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Naval Architecture from Memorial University, an MBA from the University of New Brunswick Saint John, and a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from the University of Lethbridge. He also completed a Manufacturing Technical Fellowship in Kure, Japan, deepening his knowledge of lean manufacturing practices.
At Supreme, Chris has contributed to key bridge projects, including the CN 225’ Truss Span in Wainwright, the Bottom Structure project, and the Lower Flask Chute. His background in project controls, quality management, and lean manufacturing ensures that every build is executed with efficiency and precision.
Outside of work, Chris enjoys carpentry, fitness, and music. He is passionate about applying lean manufacturing principles and earned value management to drive sustainable, high-quality results in the steel industry.
