Dellee joined Supreme Steel in July 2022 and serves as HSE Advisor, supporting both the Acheson and Bridge Division teams. With over 23 years of experience in safety—ranging from local site support to corporate-level leadership—Dellee brings a seasoned, well-rounded approach to health and safety management.
Her background also includes 20 years in human resources, where she worked in recruiting, dispatching, and operational management. This combination of safety and HR expertise allows her to support both people and processes in dynamic work environments.
Dellee has worked across multiple sectors including oil and gas, construction, manufacturing, hydro, and now steel fabrication. She holds an Occupational Health & Safety Certification from the University of Alberta, along with diplomas in Business Management and Human Resources.
In her free time, Dellee enjoys gardening and reading. She is passionate about animal rights and advocates for the ethical treatment and protection of animals.
