Dwayne joined Supreme Steel in 1990 and currently serves as Construction Manager in Saskatoon. With over 40 years of experience as an Ironworker and a long-standing career with Ironworkers Local 771, Dwayne brings extensive field knowledge and leadership to construction operations.
Over the past three decades, Dwayne has contributed to countless projects across Western Canada. While he doesn’t single out one favourite, he values the unique challenges and learning opportunities each project has provided throughout his career.
A Red Seal Journeyman Ironworker, Dwayne is recognized for his practical expertise, strong work ethic, and commitment to supporting crews in the field. His leadership approach is grounded in respect and fairness—treating people the way he believes everyone deserves to be treated.
Outside of work, Dwayne enjoys fishing and golfing, making the most of time spent outdoors.
