Jamey has been with Supreme Steel since May 1999 and serves as Plant Manager in Saskatoon. With over 31 years in the steel industry, Jamey brings technical knowledge, hands-on experience, and steady leadership to shop operations.
He began his career with five years in research and development at a production plant before joining Supreme, where he has since contributed to a wide range of major projects including The Leaf, Rocanville Mine, and the Victoria Traffic Bridge. Known for his problem-solving skills and attention to quality, Jamey plays a key role in ensuring efficient fabrication processes and supporting the growth of the next generation of trades professionals.
A Red Seal Journeyperson Metal Fabricator (Fitter), Jamey earned his certification through Saskatchewan Polytechnic. He also holds CIP paint inspection credentials and serves on the curriculum board for apprenticeship training and exam development.
Outside of work, Jamey enjoys golf, riding motorcycles, and tackling home projects. He’s deeply committed to his family—including his three daughters and granddaughter—and is a proud advocate for women’s shelters and animal welfare (with five pets of his own).
