Mongi joined Supreme Steel in August 2025 as a Estimator, bringing a strong multidisciplinary background in manufacturing and construction. With experience spanning steel, mechanical, and piping industries, Mongi’s expertise includes supply chain management, contract administration, estimating, project management, logistics, and production support.
Holding a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering along with a Supply Chain Diploma, Mongi is recognized for his collaborative leadership style and focus on process improvement, quality, and cross-functional teamwork. His approach is guided by principles of integrity, innovation, and precision—believing in solving problems thoughtfully and building solutions that stand the test of time.
Outside of work, Mongi is actively involved in his community as a soccer player and coach and volunteers his musical talents by playing violin for children in hospitals, including the Stollery Children’s Hospital. He also enjoys nature photography, combining creativity with a love of the outdoors.
