Shauna has been with Supreme Steel since 2003 and brings over two decades of experience across administration, payroll, accounting, and, most recently, human resources. For the past 12 years, she has specialized in HR, supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compensation and benefits administration.
With a Human Resource Management Certificate and a Business Administration Diploma, Shauna is known for her organizational skills and empathetic communication. Her favourite Supreme project is the Saskatoon Traffic Bridge, an iconic structure in her hometown.
Outside of work, Shauna enjoys spending time with family, gardening, and being outdoors. She’s also passionate about helping those in need and volunteers regularly at the Saskatoon Food Bank. Her values—trust, respect, integrity, and continuous learning—guide everything she does.
