Tessa joined Supreme Steel in November 2012 and currently serves as the HR Advisor at the Acheson Head Office. With over a decade of experience in human resources, Tessa brings a thoughtful, people-focused approach to her work—supporting employees across departments with care, professionalism, and a deep knowledge of HR practices.
Tessa holds a Human Resources Diploma from Grant MacEwan University and a Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) Certificate through the National Payroll Institute. Her combination of formal training and practical experience allows her to provide strong guidance on everything from onboarding and benefits to employee relations and compliance.
Outside of work, Tessa enjoys walking her dog and playing baseball. She is also passionate about giving back to her community. Since 2013, she has been involved with Friendship Ministries and has volunteered her time to support the Stollery Children’s Hospital and Ronald McDonald House.
