Winner joined Supreme Steel in October 2022 as Director of Estimating, bringing extensive experience in structural steel and infrastructure projects. With a background in civil and welding engineering, Winner leads multidisciplinary estimating teams responsible for evaluating project scope, fabrication complexity, welding requirements, and constructability risks.
Since joining Supreme, Winner has supported a wide range of major projects, including the Stony Plain Road (SPR) Bridge, Blackwater Gold Mine, Nutrien Mill 1 & 2, LIM Rail projects, the Capital Line LRT Bridge, Goose Project, and Teck/Kiewit LCO 004 & 005 developments. His approach emphasizes accuracy, collaboration, and practical execution from early project planning through delivery.
Winner holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and is deeply committed to the long-term impact of structural steel construction. He takes pride in contributing to buildings, bridges, schools, hospitals, and public infrastructure that serve communities safely for generations.
Outside of work, Winner enjoys hiking and reading. He values quality, accountability, and delivering work that stands the test of time.
