I’m a Crew Leader at the Supreme Steel Acheson shop and have been part of the Supreme group since ‘99. From upper management to each worker, we have clear safety rules and regulations that keep us all feeling safe and comfortable. We really care for each other, our families, our kids…we’re a team. To take our projects from blueprint to construction and to get everything done on time, it makes you proud. When I go by a bridge we built and realize I know almost every bolt location every connection…that’s a really cool feeling.
